A while back when I first was invited to California I said to my friend Amy Thanks for inviting me . She said , “Jen God told me to have you come” I didn’t understand the fullness at the time but this is what I have learned about that short conversation.

1. When God invites you somewhere the purpose is beyond comprehension
2. When God invites you somewhere everything that contradicts His agenda is destroyed
3. When God invites you somewhere He is gonna MOVE MOUNTAINS , all chains and false mindsets are destroyed!
4. When God invites you somewhere He has a plan to get you to another level
5. When God invites you somewhere it is a ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY THAT HE ADORES YOU!!!!

Do you get it? Do you understand that the God of the Universe , God whom needs nothing from me wanted to just HANG OUT WITH ME? He wanted to show me who I can be in Him and not who I want to be. He is OBSESSED with me. HE LOVES THE STRIPPED DOWN ME THAT IS NOTHING APART FROM HIM.
Yeah and to think I was some hotshot/ local celebrity is RIDICULOUS! FO SERIOUS.. I disgust myself.
He invited me to Cali in the middle of Farmland and said, ” NOW TRY TO BE COCKY.”

My reputation didn’t matter. My popularity wasn’t impressive to the sheep and cows. No one knew me well and it was killing my flesh, like Daddy..Father God you mean I have to be identified in you? The Lord showed me so much about myself and more importantly WHO I AM NOT! I am not my skillz, talents or even my personality . These things are awesome and they compliment me but if I CAN FIND MY IDENTITY AND PURPOSE IN CHRIST ALONE THEN IM ON POINT!. FATHER I REPENT FOR BUILDING MYSELF UP WITH ‘YOUR” GIFTS. THEY DON’T BELONG TO ME SO I HIDE MYSELF IN YOU AND I CONFESS JESUS IS MY IDENTITY…..anything else is false and foolish.

A super cool thing happened the last night of the conference. God blessed my mind in the area of forgiveness, bitterness, hurt, letting things go and finding restoration. Sorry saving the story for my book!! LOL Guess you’ll have to buy it *smile*

I have so much to say but God and His goodness can never be described or told in one note, I am just so grateful for a friend who heard the voice of God inviting me to come. I am thankful that God stripped my pride down and set me in unfamiliar territory so I could or should I say would have no choice but to cling to and hang with God.

Usually when I am around people I am socially charged , this time God flipped the script and I was SPIRITUALLY CHARGED. Dont get me wrong imma still love people because with Christ in me I cant help it but sometimes people lovers can get to wrapped up in loving people that they miss GOD. FATHER I AM GLAD I DIDN’T MISS YOU THIS TIME………. THANK YOU GOD FOR INVITING ME TO CALIFORNIA!!! *smile*
